This is a good quality product at a reasonable price, which was delivered promptly. I have been taking it for about a month now mainly in the hope of reducing muscle pain which afflicts me during the night. While I cannot say for certain that it is due to the turmeric (which is why I have given 4 rather than 5 stars), there has certainly been a reduction in these pains, so I am working on the assumption that the turmeric has helped. In this period there has also been a rise in my good cholesterol but I have no means of knowing if there is a connection. On the whole I am very happy with my purchase and intend to continue with the capsules

I bought these supplements for problems I've been having with with inflammation. After performing a lot of research on the subject (I work as a Pharmaceutical Formulation Scientist) I found these to be one of the best supplements available in terms of Curcumin potency, and importantly contain Piperine. This is extracted from black pepper, and has been shown to improve the bioavailability of several active compounds including Curcumin. In general, it inhibits drug metabolising enzymes, stimulates absorption by stimulating gut amino acid transporters, inhibits the cell pump responsible for drug elimination from cells and inhibits intestinal production of glucuronic acid. The capsules also include ginger which has also been shown to enhance the bioavailability of active compounds. It has a powerful effect on the gastrointestinal tract mucous membrane, regulating the intestinal function to facilitate absorption. The bioavailability of different antibiotics like azithromycin (85.0%), erythromycin (10.5%), cephalexin (85.0%), cefadroxil (65%), amoxycillin (90.0%) and cloxacillin (90.0%) have been shown to be increased by its use. Some other products do not include these bioavailability enhancers, or do but at a much higher price. I would definitely recommend this product.

Very good product I have nearly finished the first bottle and my Digestion has never been better!.I noticed the difference after only 10 days!.The first thing is i noticed is that i never get acid anymore even when i eat junk food and that my bathroom breaks are more regular.I also with my new Diet wont touch anything with fillers/man made bulking agents etc and bought on the strenth that its 100% natural product.Im a 40yr old male and also suffer from nerve pain from a botched Dental procedure and I swear its helping with the pain too!! It’s supposed to take up to 3months for vitamins to make a difference but not for me!.Also I have read/researched that the human body can tell the difference between natural vitamins vs. synthetic ones!!! Ie man made ones are not as effective.Well worth the money and i would def recommend for people with nerve and digestive issues.From research the only vitamin which is as good for Stomach Acid is Ginger and/or liquorice.

I have taken turmeric for about three years now, initially as a booster for my immune system, especially during winter as it is said to prevent against colds and flu (which it does for me) and to be an anti-inflammatory. The health benefits of turmeric are too numerous to mention here; do your own research and see how it could benefit you. In the last twelve months I have been diagnosed with arthritis in both my lower thumb joints which can be painful and make doing simple everyday tasks a lot harder. Turmeric is supposed to help alleviate joint pain, and doing a little research of my own I discovered that black pepper can help with absorption of turmeric, thereby increasing the benefit. Another successful supplement for arthritis is ginger. Vitabright is the first supplement I came across which combines all three of these spices to give a hefty boost to my system and my joints. They are suitable for vegans, 100% natural and made in the UK. I am now on my second bottle and have every intention of sticking with this product.

I bought a more expensive brand of curcumin for support with ME/CFS and brain fog (no idea if it works but was going to give it a go). The unexpected effect was it reduced my bloating. I bought this brand this time around and didn't notice the same benefit. I will go back to the other brand once I've used these up.

Having Osteoarthritis in the knees this last decade I have turned to using Organic Tumeric hoping it will be helpful to relieve the knee issues. I found after a month my knees are not so stiff and don't feel "woolly"/"thick" inside. I have stopped needing to regularly take ibuprofen. Clearing two and a half months I am amazed how normal my knees feel. Yes they will occasionally lock or hurt if I twist them but aside of the mechanics they seem less inflamed inside and are freer. I had regular 6 month checks in case needing cortisone injections but have not needed such this last consultation. I have walked 15,000 steps recently 3 times a week and I can not ever remember being able to do this. Very pleased with the capsule and the repeat delivery. No issues with this product or its regular delivery. It is worth trying in case it can help you...give it time to work though! I may need knee replacement one day but just now it seems to have moved off the agenda.

Hat mir gefallen das die ingredienten sind Natur und nicht Chemie.Ich habe für Rückenschmerzen bestellt.Die helfen in Zeit.Aber leider meine Blase hat nicht vertragen Schwarze Pfeffer.Ich hatte Blasenentzündung. Ich kann die Tabletten öffnen und Zähne putzen,die helfen für Zahnfleich heilen und Weiße Zähne haben mit Kokosnussöl gemischt.Ich benütze die Tabletten so wie so und gefällt mir sehr.Also lohnt sich.

Ich habe keine Wirkung gespürt. Hatte gehofft das ein paar Symptome sich verbessern könnten aber auch nach Monaten der Einnahme keine Effekte verspürt. Ist ein nettes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel
