Excellent product, not the cheapest but well worth the extra cost.

Works really well, no problems at all I use on a daily basis on MS Teams meetings etc, I had a cordless headset before and it failed a few times.This one never failed on me

bought two headsets for our office - they are used daily. However 1 headset has already stopped working, it started with difficulty to hear, calls being dropped ou,t and now doesn't work at all. We are using the 2nd set, but now having to look for alternative ones.

Great headset for video calls - the microphone is crystal clear even when I'm in noisy environments. It works both via USB-A, USB-C and the 3.5mm port. Works well with my (lightning) iphone via a 3.5mm to lightning adapter. I was not expecting great output audio from the on-ear headphones, but they are actually really good, incl. for music with complex stereo mixes! No isolation from outside sound for listening.

The headphones have failed after just 2.5 months of use. The right earpiece no longer works, and the microphone is unreliable. They’ve only been used for working from home, so this level of quality is unacceptable.

Great headset with the choice of USB2 or C. The headband is also more conformable than the previous version. Very good sound on calls and for music.

Exactly what I needed for working at home. Interacts with teams and also has a physical mute button. Good value. No issues to date

I have used this literally only on a few occasions and it is in mint condition as though still new. In spite of this it now states on my PC when I attempt to plug it this headset in and use it for calls or listening to media that the USB device malfunctions and windows doesn’t recognise so therefore it does not work. Very disappointing as these headphones cost £40 and I expected at the very least for them to be fit for purpose. I have checked on a different PC and the computer says the same thing about the USB malfunctioning and it won’t work so it is definitely the headset. What a waste of money

Good headset for office use. Background noise cancellation is top notch. The build looks bit ‘easy to break’ kind. However if you use it carefully it would last well. I am writing this review after 5 months of use.

マイク、ヘッドホンとも音質は十分だと思います。 コントローラーでミュートにするとTeamsもミュートの表示になりますが、ワイヤレスではないので使う機会は少ないかもしれません。 デスクに固定で使うのであれば、音質が優れているので適していると思います。一方、持ち運ぶ場合は、ケーブルが固くて取り回しが悪いのが気になると思います。

Tras 8 meses o así usándolos, doy mi opinión sincera: son cómodos, se adaptan super bien, traen funda, muy buena calidad sin duda. Si hay ruidos en casa la otra persona NO los oye, y según me han dicho mi voz se oye perfectamente, todo super nítido. puedes silenciar la llamada, subir y bajar volumen. Va con cable eso sí, pero super bien. Para oficinas o hacer llamadas es indispensable, su precio está más que justificado.

Ersatz für mein in die Jahre gekommenes Plantronics Blackwire C320. Guter Klang, mehr Anschlussmöglichkeiten dank USB-A und USB-C. Ich benötige kein Polster unter Bügel, dafür bin ich großer Fan des Kunstleders auf den Ohrmuscheln (anstatt nur die Schaumstoffringe). Dafür greife ich auch gerne ein wenig tiefer in die Tasche.

Il microfono e' ad asta regolabile e la qualita' e' molto alta. Funziona con teams e qualsiasi altra applicazione senza installare alcun software Questa cuffia in particolare ha un connettore Jack che consente di collegarla a qualsiasi periferica analogica tradizionale (lettori mp3 o vecchi smartphone) una presa USBC, che consente di collegarla anche ai cellulari diventando cuffia per smartphone un adattatore USBC-USBA che consente di collegarla a qualsiasi pc o periferica con USB standard. Si puo' collegare praticamente con qualsiasi cosa. Veramente gran prodotto, acquistato su warehouse come nuovo
