Tenn Well 8 mm Jute Rope makes an awesome addition to a project for my Iguana's new enclosure. I purchased a wheel of 98 ft which actually served perfectly for the use intended. I appreciate the ease of use, the rope came tightly sealed and wrapped, capped with tape on the end. This 8mm rope is the perfect thickness for repairing cat towers too, it's the same thickness and very durable.. I used mine with some silicone sealant, wrapping around the legs and shelving of my iguana's tower for added traction. Worked out beautifully and the jute barely frayed while working with it. This specific wheel has raw jute rope, there is not any form of seal so the fraying happens naturally in time depending on its use. I'm very happy with the thickness of the 8mm, and the strength the jute provides. This stuff holds up well to moisture without rot, it has regular contact with a humidifier and has done great. I've now used it both sealed from adding a sealant, and raw, as is. Regardless, it's doing very well and the raw jute dries up quickly if it does become damp, without odor or mold.

I used this rope as a prop for a country western play. It was perfect.

Great rope for redoing my cat tree! It's a little smaller in diameter than the rope that came on it but it works well because it's tighter. Maybe it will last longer.

Works for art projects but can unwind.

I bought this because my cats had completely stripped the jute from their cat tower, and I certainly didn't want to replace the whole tower. I started wrapping it around the certain pole then realized I had enough to double wrap it, so that's what I did. There was a piece maybe four inches long left over after I did that, which was fine - minimal waste! Within minutes after I finished this project, one of the cats was happily trying it out. I call this a win - and a money saver!

It made replacing the rope on the scratching pole easy because of the grade and thickness. If you are going to use it for this purpose, I say buy it!

This cord is beautifully made and affordable. I high recommend this. I use it for wreath hanging and it's beautiful.

Fantastic stuff to work with . I bought this for gaps between really old floorboards (1700s) didn’t want to put permanent slithers of wood etc as the floor moves with seasons. This was ideal slightly proud & pushed down with a bolster chisel to form a tight fit. The drafts were gone instantly , was exciting to go to the next joint and start doing another run, for smaller gaps I simply thinned it out and platted / carried on! Great quality no chemicals natural and really good value .

La cantidad es muy poca

Utilisé en remplacement de la corde d'origine de mon arbre à chat. C'est parfait. Un bon diamètre. Et qui plus est la couleur est bien plus belle que celle de la corde d'origine ! Pour info j'ai utilisé du double face puissant tout le long du tube de l'arbre à chat. Juste clouté en 2 ou 3 endroits au haut et en bas.
