I love this! It’s way to fit onto my Canon camera & it’s not as heavy. Once I added the batteries, the flash was bright, but it has a manual to work the settings on the device so you know how to use it correctly! Other than that, I like and controls are easy to use!

Manual only, old style shoe, works with my 2020 R5s. I bought it for an indoor wedding, set the 1/125 and 1/15 with f-stop floating, ISO 200, and on the lowest and second-lowest settings, this flash just shot and shot and shot. No auto anything for me, but on that power setting I shot 5000 images, 3000 with flash on two sets of batteries for $40. Pretty amazing. Don't know how long it will last, but it was solid and stable for a night.

I recently picked up the PHOOTOLEX FK310 LCD Camera Flash Speedlite, and I'm incredibly impressed, especially given its very reasonable price point. As someone who shoots with multiple camera systems, the broad compatibility (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Fujifilm, Pentax, Sigma, Minolta, Leica, and other DSLRs/digital cameras with a single contact hot shoe) was a huge selling point, and I can confirm it works seamlessly with my Canon body. The build quality feels solid – not overly heavy, but robust enough for regular use. The LCD screen is clear and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through settings and adjust power levels on the fly. The head swivels and tilts extensively, which is crucial for bouncing flash and achieving more natural-looking light, and it locks securely into place. What really stands out for me is the performance. It delivers consistent, powerful light, and the recycle times are surprisingly fast for a flash in this category. I've used it for both indoor portraits and some fill-flash outdoors, and it's performed admirably every time. States that it is compatible with a Nikon D7500. When fresh new batteries are correctly placed in the flash, it says that it needs batteries. The directions are almost impossible to read because the font is very small. I am a retired professinal photographer and would never recommend this flash to anyone.

Avevo bisogno di un flash per la mia Sony A7mk2 mirrorless per poter dare un po' di illuminazione supplementare ai soggetti quando scatto in condizioni di luce particolare (i.e. controluce, ecc...). Solitamente scatto in luce continua e quindi non avevo mai usato un flash per scelta, ma a breve mi servirà per un fotoset e non potendo acquistare un oggetto troppo costoso, mi sono orientato su questo, ben cosciente che sicuramente ha dei limiti rispetto ai modelli che costano 3-4 volte tanto (o oltre). Non ho ancora fatto il fotoset, ma ho fatto alcune prove in casa e devo dire che funziona molto bene: ho allegato alcuni scatti fatti uno senza flash con la stanza praticamente al buio, ISO 100 e 1/25, uno col flash a piena potenza (foto bruciata!), uno a 1/8 e l'ultimo sempre a 1/8 ma con l'aggiunta della gelatina arancione (la pellicola di plastica colorata da mettere davanti al lampo per colorare la luce proiettata). Oltre al flash, infatti, a corredo ci sono un po' di gelatine colorate, una comoda custodia manuale delle istruzioni e alcuni altri accessori tipo strap, ecc... Il flash è dotato anche di un pannellino aggiuntivo estraibile per diffondere la luce tipo grandangolare, e di un pannellino bianco per ammorbidire il lampo. Il flash è inoltre impostabile oltre che come "singolo" anche come master o slave per scattare con flash multipli, ma questa funzione non ho potuto provarla. Difetti: La "lunghezza focale" è fissa a 35mm, come si vede dal display, e non è modificabile. Il flash va a pile stilo AA e non ha una batteria integrata ricaricabile, ma funziona con qualsiasi tipo di pila AA, compreso quelle ricaricabili, però questa cosa va tenuta di conto quando lo si acquista, perchè se è vero che ha un prezzo veramente molto basso per quello che offre, è anche vero che dobbiamo procurarci le pile se non le abbiamo già. Nel complesso è comunque ottimo per quello che mi serve e dubito fortemente che a questo prezzo si possa trovare di meglio!

Ayant acheté un Panasonic Lumix FZ 82 avec un zoom descendant à 20 mm équivalent 24x36, il me fallait un flash couvrant cette focale. Les flashes Lumix étant très coûteux, j'ai opté pour ce flash bon marché, qui ne dispose que d'un contact central. C'est suffisant, car je sais d'expérience que les appareils Lumix gèrent très bien ce type de flash. Ce flash couvre la focale de 35 mm, mais il dispose d'un diffuseur qui permet d'élargir la couverture, donc, c'est parfait. En outre, il peut être utilisé en flash déporté, déclenché par le flash intégré de l'appareil. Moyennant un peu de réglage, le résultat est probant. J'attire votre attention sur un point précis. Si vous avez encore un très vieux flash, datant du temps des appareils argentiques,, ne l'utilisez pas car il peut délivrer au niveau du sabot une tension très forte qui risque de "griller" l'électronique des appareils modernes et neutraliser définitivement la "hot shoe". Donc, pour 40 €, ça ne vaut pas le coup de s'en priver.

Bigger and more robust, than expected, as well more heavier than expected. It has more features than they show in the pictures/description, so it is really versatile, easy to handle, feature-rich, working like a charm, and quite intuitive.
