We bought this for our roof deck, so it will be out in the coastal weather 24/7. We've only had it a month so I cannot speak to longevity, but once it was put together we love it! One of the main features I wanted was something you could comfortably sit down on without getting out pillows and cushions, since we couldn't leave them out all of the time. I will say this has a very deep seat, so if you are petite that may be a hinderance. For my shorter guests we do have pillows and cushions in a deck box that we can pull out for when we are sitting up there if necessary. I like that either from this seller or another, there is a matching couch and arm chairs. The entire set looks sharp on our deck!

The back piece was missing threaded inserts and I would not have been able to assemble to furniture without using hardware not including with the product.

Bought for outdoor patio. Very easy to put together. Bottom cushion is like sitting directly on the wood without any cushion. Looks very nice just not very comfortable.

The chair itself is great - the company is not. there was one piece broken, it didn't impact using the chair, just the pull-out shelf. I contacted them at the email provided in the instructions. 5-weeks later I hadn't heard anything so followed up. after going back and forth they said they couldn't send that one piece so I should return the item to Amazon. I said I couldn't because it took them longer to respond than Amazon's return policy. They offered a $40 partial refund. I accepted and sent them my address. They responded asking for a PayPal account to remit the funds. I told them I don't have a PayPal account and again asked for a check. They refused, saying they can only make payment via PayPal. That's ridiculous. A company can't write a check? Again, the chair itself is very good. However, the customer service - or lack thereof - means I will never buy one of their products again.
