Design software crashes constantly
The machine came with a small crack in the plastic on the front, which is a minor cosmetic concern I wouldn’t mention at all if the software weren’t so unreliable. Nearly without fail the software will crash when I send a design to be cut by the machine, rendering the machine about as useless as a very pretty brick.
