My main TV does not support Blue Tooth and since I have a hearing issue, I was looking for a wireless setup to work with my TV. I saw the SIMOLIO Wireless Headphones for TV that operate on the 2.4 Ghz frequency and decided to give them a try. Unpacking the box you will find the headphones, a transmitter/charger base, a charging brick with USB cable, a spare battery (nice feature, more about this later) and three interface cable: optical, RCA, and headphone jack. There are also two user manuals included. One quick start sheet that will get you up and running quickly and a more detailed multipage manual that is very complete. Setup is simple. Plug in the base using the included power brick and cable. The base has a charging slot for the spare battery and also charges the battery in the headphones when they are placed on the base. I like the fact that a spare battery is included. Spare batteries are also listed for sale on Amazon. Connection to my TV was very simple. I decided to use the optical audio connection. Remove the caps from the optical cable, plug one end into the TV and the other end into the "from TV" optical connector on the base and you’re ready to go. Note that the base unit has a pass-through feature. If I were going to use the headphones and at the same time, have optical audio directed to a soundbar, the base unit provides that capability for all three connections. This is a great feature. The balance control is on the base unit. The other controls are on the headphones. You have a lot of flexibility here. There are options for volume control, tone selection, stereo/mono inputs and the ability to mute the headphones to allow you to hold a conversation without removing the headphones. The headphones are lightweight and very comfortable to wear. I found that I could even wear them while I still had my hearing aids in place. The sound quality is excellent, and I experienced no lag in the audio. I tried a range test. With the base unit in the house, I went outside and had strong signal response with no drop outs at a range of about 100 feet. I was a bit concerned about signal interference with my in-home WIFI, but had no issues. The instructions recommend you do not place the base unit near your router. Though it is advertised for use with your TV, I used it with my cell phone and Sony PlayStation using the headphone connection and it worked perfectly. So, you want wireless headphones, but can not do Bluetooth? These are a great option. High quality sound, no lag, long connection range, comfortable fit and spare battery included. Highly recommended.

I own lots of headphones, in ear, on ear, over ear, RF, wired, Bluetooth, from many different manufacturers. I needed headphones for watching TV in bed, and none of my headphones was just what I needed. I tried several bluetooth adaptors to use with my bluetooth headphones and they all introduced too much lag so the voices didn’t match the lips, very annoying. I decided it was time to try these Simolio headphones and I think it was a good choice. These were simple to hook up to my TV and for those that aren't technically minded the instruction manual was very well written and very thorough. The headphones are very comfortable and easy to use and adjust, and sound great. They come with two batteries so you will always have a freshly charged cell when you need one. The charging stand is minimalist and simple to use. The headphones can and should be used with RF for TV watching which will have zero lag of voice to picture, but can also be used with Bluetooth for listening to music, a nice feature. My only criticism is that replacement ear pads are not available on Amazon, hopefully they will get that done soon. Ear pads are the weak link in all headphones and need to be replaced often when headphones are used a lot. I’ve been replacing ear pads on my Sony Studio Monitor headphones for more than 20 years from many different manufactures of ear pads, making them like new again.

I purchased two sets of these, but they paired if both sets were on. They did work very well and are comfortable. I contacted the company explaining the issue and they sent me a return label and a new set - but a different model -which works very well. I also like the fact they included all three methods, to connect to the TV, and can be used on multiple devices.

Works wonderfully! I love the sound quality and clarity of the product. It’s great when there is a lot of background noise or when you want to watch TV and not bother others.

Worked for less than a week. They charge and turn on but no sound from headphones.

Easier to set up, used the optical input. The range of the headsets is amazing, can be in the garage, outside and still hear what is happening on the tv. Very nice to hang up and charge. Also the volume being on a wheel instead of a push button is very helpful, you don't have to click a number of times to get the right volume. Also great for my hard of hearing husband, he pushes the power button and can hear me through the headsets, better than his hearing aids.

We bought these to replace an old set that started to have problems. Battery life is great, over nine hours per charge. The extra battery in the stand is nice when you're in the middle of something and don't want to wait for a charge. The battery is a little difficult to get out of the headset and requires a small screwdriver to get it out. We have used the stand and the USB-C charge port on the headset. Both charge the battery to full charge. The headset shuts off automatically if you forget, so it doesn't run the battery down. They connect with the TV in just seconds. Having two headsets is a plus so we can both have a set when needed. You can adjust the right to left volume easily with the control if needed. They fit well and are comfortable for hours of use. I consider them a great value for the money and would buy them again.
