Quality is very good, however the base is not flat so if you wish to move around and spread the white smoke, the cup may fall. This is the reason for not giving five stars. Burning time is also good around 15-20 minutes, better than some other brands. Smell is also good White smoke emitted is high which it is supposed to do as a dhoop. Also note that you need to burn the entire rim. Use candle to burn it, match sticks wont work. Make sure that after heating entire rim surface, blow air and check if entire part is read glowing, if some part is left out, it may not burn further. However if entire rim surface is properly lit, all cups will definitely burn. One can add Bhimseni Kapur (Camphor) pieces to add more fragrance.

The dhoop has a very pleasant and calming fragrance. When lit, it spreads a soothing aroma throughout the room and creates a peaceful atmosphere.The fragrance lasts for a long time and is not too strong. I liked that it produces more smoke compared to some other dhoops. Overall, it is a good product and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys natural fragrances at home. Its allergy free...

Awesome top notch quality. I generally use it as natural room fresher. Scent is great, it burns for around 20 mins, and while it does, with its pleasant scent it also calms you down.

Worst quality product, only smoke, no smell of Loban, no fragrance, heavy smoke only, totally a waste of money. Those who live in 2 or 3 bhk flats, please don't buy this, your smoke alarm will start due to the smoke.

Smells like havan. Smell is nice but did not burn completely in one go, otherwise really nice and eco friendly product.
