Super good quality. I have Delta fixtures in my house, just couldn’t make myself spend 700 for one of these that delta makes. Feels similar to delta quality.

We installed this in our kitchen while doing a backsplash tile remodel. I love it. It’s functional and looks very high end on my wall.

Five stars for the customer service. I received the faucet and didn't install it for a few months but loved it so much when I did, couldn't stop telling my friends how much I used it. After about six months one of the valves developed a leak and the second followed suit a few months after that. I was worried I'd have to replace the whole thing but took a chance and emailed the seller about it to see what could be done. In just a few days I had two replacement valves delivered, no questions asked. Took five minutes with a wrench to swap them out and no more drips and I can enjoy my favorite appliance again with no worries. Not many amazon sellers stand by their products anymore but I'm glad they did!

I read reviews before purchasing this pot filler. It is a very nice durable good quality faucet for the price I paid for it. Installation was easy and looks great and matches my other faucet. Very easy to use with the extended reach and the water flow is perfect. I would purchase again.

Installed a year ago, working good so far. Black finish is sturdy so far. Definitely cheaper than name brands but feels pretty solid and worth it

I don't usually leave a review, but I have to give credit when credit is due. This pot filler installed easy with no leaks. About 3 weeks after installing we cooked a big meal on the stove and the pot filler got hot, it then started dripping. I reached out to the seller and they responded within 30 minutes even though it was after 8pm. They had me take a video and send it to them so they could see what was wrong, then promptly sent out replacement valves. Customer service was excellent.

Update: the seller sent me some type of nut to replace that fixed absolutely nothing. When I let them know it didn’t fix the issue they asked if it was installed. Obviously it was installed or I wouldn’t have said it was and that it still leaked. My brand new house has a wall that is molding due to the leaking pit filler, the damage has been pulled out and replaced. I will be ordering a Delta pot filler. Don’t try to be cheap ordering this one, it’s not worth the hassle or the mold. As many others have said, it leaks. We bought it anyway because you don’t always know the credentials of the DIYers installing it saying that it leaks. And most pot fillers are incredibly expensive, this one seemed to be a good price assuming it worked. My husband is a plumber/pipe fitter by trade, and has built houses for a living we figured he was more than capable of installing this. It is installed, it took him about 20 minutes, it looks nice, and works but with a slight leak where it attaches into the house plumbing. He hasn’t taken it apart yet to see if he can fix it but will update when he does.
