I recently purchased the black monk rosary, and it is beautiful. The craftsmanship is great. The paracord is strong and sturdy, and I actually like the fact that the beads are a little bigger. The price might seem a little high at first for something as simple as a rosary, but you get what you pay for. The quality is high and it's definitely worth it. I highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love this rosary! I first saw the Rugged Rosaries on Instagram. Their combination of beauty and ruggedness captured my attention but I wouldn't buy one for a long time. I told myself that I already have a rosary and that the Rugged Rosaries were too expensive. I no longer feel that way. Yes, you can find cheaper rosaries, but I've never seen one of this quality before. I've accidentally broken rosaries before. You probably have as well. I doubt you break this. It feels indestructible. Yet at the same time, it is still beautiful. This next part may seem silly to some of you but I'm sure others can relate with me. Most rosaries to me look rather feminine. Whether it be the colors or the style, or both, they seem made for women. This rosary does not. I would not say it is only for me. This rosary is for everyone. But even the manliest of men would feel comfortable with this one. tl;dr - This rosary is amazing. You should get one and it would make an excellent gift to others as well.

I was surprised to see how durable and well constructed this Black Monk Rosary is. The beads are about the size of a chickpea, and the Crucifix is substantial as well. I wanted a Rosary that my 91 year old relative could easily handle without fear of breaking it, count each bead definitively, and also see pretty clearly. This Rosary excels in all three areas. It also came with a lovely prayer card, featuring a very apt prayer and artwork which I haven't seen before, and a mini Rosary gift. I will definitely be buying more from this company. Well worth the price.

Bought this rosary as a surprise for my husband months ago because he would always break his rosaries from carrying them in his pocket. When his rosary arrived he loved the look, feel and sturdiness of his Rugged Rosary. I am happy to say that it has lived up to its name, it hasn't broken from months of use and carrying in his pocket. Our parish priests saw my husband's rosary they loved the craftsmanship and sturdiness of his rosary, so I ordered two more, they were overjoyed to have a Rugged Rosary of their own. What a great blessing to receive this rosary. My eyes filled with tears when I opened the package and felt the power of Christ from the rosary. I purchased this rugged rosary so I may sleep with it in my hands at night to keep me safe in the power of God's holy angels and to stay full of the Holy Spirit at night. I am a Catholic Priest who carries too many things in my pockets. Because of this, my favorite rosaries have been snapping apart. So I had begun to switch over to knotted rope rosaries. Nice & solid, but the corpus falls off. Lost one corpus, so bought another rosary, and it happened again.
