Great product at a great price. Easier to swallow than a capsule. Perfect dose, as this is the maximum your body can absorb and use at one use. If you want a higher dose, take 2 or 3 a day at different times of the day, so that your body also has it available to use as needed.

I took this supplement during the winter months and had no problems with it. They are easy to swallow and have no odor or aftertaste. I had no side effects. I noticed benefits from taking them with NAC and vitamin E. But I do try to get my vitamin C from fruits and juices during the summer months. I would recommend this supplement though!

If you swallow these, you'll have no issue with bitterness. This brand has used more binding agent and delivered a very stable tablet. You can place it on your tongue and not taste anything. Dissolution takes more time and saliva than other brands tested by me.
