I work from home and usually had to rely on wired earplugs so others in meetings could hear me clearly. With this conference speakerphone, I no longer need them. The microphone picks up my voice very well, and everyone can hear me clearly.It’s also very convenient to mute and unmute directly on the device, without having to fumble with the mouse or computer. The sound quality is clear, and it was super easy to set up and start using right away.Overall, this has made my online meetings much more comfortable and professional. Highly recommended!

Works reasonably well so far. I thought the individual mics had a mute button, but they do not. You can only mute from the base station. Also does not seem like the base station actually has a Mic, it's just a speaker with mute and volume up/down. Works for my purposes, but would be amazing if the individual mics had a mute button.

When we got the item the box looked worse for wear. Like it had been already returned. But we pressed forward and used it once and it worked great. Next time we pulled it out about a week later the "USB phone" drivers would not install. Went through extensive troubleshooting and apparently the drivers would not come down from the speaker. Even on a different computer.

I run a LOT of community meetings and most are "hybrid" where we have in-person attendees and remote folks. I had struggled finding the best combination of microphones, speakers, etc, to enable the remote users the ability to HEAR everything going on AND be able to ask their own questions.Yes - there are MANY products that address this and the good ones can be very, very expensive.I took a chance to this product, expecting that it would at best be a "mediocre" solution but upon testing it I was BLOWN AWAY!It was very easy to setup and connect (almost TOO easy!!) and the quality of the audio is truly outstanding. The remote lavalier microphones work AMAZINGLY well and enable the remote attendees to hear as if they were sitting right in the room.Bottom line: you could spend much, much more but you'd be wasting your money. THIS product is truly an outstanding buy a the price - it provides easy connectivity, EXCELLENT audio quality with extremely sensitive microphones. A nice touch is the charging cable that charges all 10 mics through one USB connection.

When we got tired of passing wireless microphones between speakers, we tried this conference speaker. Our meetings usually have 10 people attending, and this equipment works very well. The audio quality is at least as good as a wireless microphone, and the setup is much simpler.

This is used for a large group where some members are unable to attend in person. We use Teams, and spread these microphones around the room. The speaker is loud enough for all to hear the comments from those online participants, and as long as a person who is speaking picks up the microphone, the online participants can hear them clearly. My group can have up to 50 in the room, so it takes some discipline to ensure they use the microphone.

this work real good allow you to be in a meeting and connect other people that could not make it, I use it with telegram, not disappointed at all, and they can hear so clear and everyone who had a Mike can speak to the individual with clarity

The round speaker is so quiet you cannot hear anybody. Horrible sound quality. Emailed customer service and received no reply. Extremely disappointed.
