My girlfriend has been using this pretty much religiously for the past few weeks and honestly I was skeptical at first, but it really does seem to work. She started noticing her core feeling tighter and stronger after just a few days of consistent use, especially during workouts and everyday movement. Within a few weeks there was a noticeable difference in muscle tone too. One important thing is making sure you put water on the sensors before using it. Once you do that, it’s basically plug and play and ready to go. Super easy setup and simple controls, so there’s really no learning curve. She likes that she can use it while relaxing at home or doing things around the house. It’s become part of her normal routine now. Build quality feels solid and the stimulation levels are easy to adjust depending on comfort. If you actually use it consistently and follow the instructions, this thing definitely seems to help with core engagement and toning. Much better than I expected going in.

I’m very disappointed with this product. It looked like it would be comfortable, but once I put it on, it started hurting pretty quickly. The pressure was very noticeable, and after wearing it for a short time, it became uncomfortable enough that I had to take it off.I tried adjusting it several times and changing the position, but nothing really helped. No matter how I wore it, I still felt pain and pressure. For something that is supposed to be worn for a while, comfort is one of the most important things, and unfortunately this product completely failed in that area for me.I couldn’t use it for any reasonable amount of time, so it ended up being basically useless to me. I would not recommend it if you are sensitive to pressure or looking for something comfortable enough for regular use.

An interesting gizmo to say the least. I use it while I drive and I drive for a living. Learning to lightly coat it with water was the first learning curve because if you have too much moisture you’ll get fried on the higher settings. It certainly contracts your abs not so much on the obliques but this device does function and it is good for about 5-6 sessions before you can notice a loss of power. As far as fat melting off me I’m not quite sure. It has been roughly two months using it anywheres from 4-6 times a day 4-5 days a week jacked to the max. Burning fat takes time. I workout 5-6 days a week and spin bike everyday for 32 minutes I suppose since I have been using this product the muscle on the upper ab area is a little more defined but the lower two abs still have a cushion. Again burning fat takes time so with that said I think this product is helping along with everything else I am doing to stay fit and healthy. You’re certainly not going to get a killer six-pack while sinking into the couch with a bag of Doritos some fried chicken and a can soda with this thing going to town on you, but I think it works but it has its limits. Update 08/14/25: Spray each pad twice then rub the device on the area to evenly spread moisture to prevent shock burn. Also, if you stick with it and a good regiment YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! 6 pack almost complete, bottom two abs almost in after 3 months!

Several months ago I bought the early model with two large pads and it still works great. Then I bought another one for my wife, this one has almost quit working, on the highest setting you can hardly tell if it’s working. I then bought the newer model it didn’t last long before it did the same as the older model, the front pads quit working but the side pads still work so it’s toast, but when it was working it worked very good. Since then I have bought two more of the newer models and they are both working good at this time. The arm band units are to short I can’t get them around my biceps and my arms are not big muscles, maybe add two or three inches of elastic to them and they would work better. We like the water mist units no need for gel pads. The price is going up every month of late. Hope these last for more than a couple of months. We use them daily. We now have a lot of power units and they carry a charge for a long time. Overall they are a novel way of getting a belly muscle workout - also getting in shape like the people in the advertising —- it might take a few years and a few less beers! Will probably buy again someday.

Works well when you don’t use during a current workout. Used it for a while Before I would train. But started using during my workouts and after my workouts after it dried. Because it just soaks up your sweat and ruins the cotton thin insides with wires connected somehow. But used for about 3 months with good results but only went to a level of 15. Max. And if you use it like you should it will give results. But you have to also do your normal exercise or else you’ll just get moderately slowly a physique you want. But the product isn’t really good to use if you use it during a workout. But the battery quit about the same time the belt did. Which was roughly 5 months of everyday use. Wish I could find something that really. Wouldn’t have cotton or a belt that soaks up water.

The item came brand new, just as pictured/described and with no issues. Fits well, covers a large area and is easy to use. I'm a 40-year-old dad, standing 6'0" tall and weighing roughly 186 pounds. I weight lift three times a week, but I never focus on my abs. I didn't want to add another routine to my busy schedule, so I thought I'd try out this belt to strengthen my core and hopefully bring out my abs a bit more. The different modes give you a variety of options and I was immediately impressed with how strong you can raise the intensity. I myself have not gone beyond level 4 on Mode I. I started using it on September 7th and generally try to wear it 3 to 5 times a week, for a 10-20 minute period. So far, so good. I can feel that region is stronger already and I think my abs are slowly getting more defined. I love that I can wear it while I'm driving or watching sports. I hope with continued use it produces the look I'm going for come summertime. But I'm satisfied so far.

Spend so much money going for slimming sessions but now I realized this great product can help me save money. It works and the strength of massage can be adjusted. Very strong massage for fast slimming. Simply love this massage belt and use it for other parts of body like wrap around shoulder to massage back and arms. Highly recommend!

It's still early days but I can tell the product's working by the way my tummy itches from the heat while using it, although it is not the same as what I ordered maybe this is the South African version.
