Perfect as a junction box for my roof mounted truck lights

This 4-piece set was cheaper than just buying 2 of the 4x4 boxes when I purchased them. The only downside to the plastic is if they are used outside, the plastic will get brittle over time. Otherwise, they work great.

I used these boxes to built switch boxes for my river fishing boat. All I had to do was drill a 3/4" hole on the front cover for the rocker switches and 1/2" holes on the ends for the power wires. These boxes have a great seal making them water proof.

Most door sensors are not rated for outdoor use, but I use them on gates to alert through Alexa. So, I mount the sensors inside these boxes to protect them from water. They seem to work well.

I used these boxes with underground wire for my front yard lighting and they worked just fine
