Yes. 1 in the box and I use it to transmit the wifi signal to the outside office. Great product. You need a cat 5 cable (included) from it to your router so that means drilling a hole through the wall.

Does this work with a BT hub

I have a BT Hub and it works fine with mine - as long as you have an ethernet cable to connect to an ethernet port on your hub. You also need a power socket for your POE adaptor.

Do i need a modem or router on recieving end?

Not if you just want to extend a wifi signal to a larger (directional) area. If you want to create an extended network, you will need a pair of these plus a router (in addition to your existing internet-connected router). Hope that helps.
