Too sweet for me. I like to take a scoop throw it in my mouth one drink swish and swallow. This stuff you need to have a class of limonade or it's like throwing sour lemon candy dust in your mouth, makes for a good glass of lemonade tho! ( edit - this is my old thought and now I actually like it before the gym because creatine doesn't even work unless you drink about 8 oz of water with it

VEGAN! Women of a certain age have WAAAAAAY less creatine than men the same age and this can really help you get your muscle mass back because you have the energy again to do a workout. This is my preferred flavor, although I often mix it with the unflavored to dilute the flavor.
