Being dimethicone based this lotion is really well at keeping irritate out of my eczema spots! I recommend the solution to anyone who’s looking for a soft and light fragrance, free skin protectant lotion

Love, love this stuff. My hands get so chapped during the winter that they hurt and it becomes embarrassing to shake hands with anyone. I've tried lots of the intense, healing hand creams out there, but I hate the heavy, greasy feel. I started using this occasionally during the day, and it was perfect! Light, non-greasy, bu effective. Encouraged by this, I began putting a generous amount of the 24-skin relief cream on every night after I turn out the light, and then hanging my hands over my head, through the spaces in my headboard until it feellike like the cream has "dried", then pull them in and under the covers (if I'm still awake enough to strategize! :-) ). I know it sounds like almost an OCD ritual, but by morning my hands are soft and smooth, and I can get through The day without worrying about hand cream on steering wheels, papers and keyboards. In fact we had a three-day "all-hands" 😜 team activity to collate and stuff 50,000 large envelopes, and I was the only participant out of 8 who had no paper-cuts to complain about at the end of each day. Works miracles!

Around a 3.5 star review. It's good, but not great. Rubs in well, doesn't leave your hands greasy or smelly, but it is not the best moisturizer, on a cold day when my hands are real dry I will use this once and in an hour I can barely notice and need to use it again. Cetaphil is far better.

Love it and I will continue to buy this. At the end it becomes hard to squeeze the cream with the pump, but worth it.

I love this stuff! So good for my hands and body after my shower. Doesn't dry sticky. I like that.

So good for dry eczema-prone skin, without being too sticky or as thick as an emollient.

Sendo um produto americano, a quantidade é bem satisfatória. São mais de meio litro que irão durar bastante. Diferentemente daqui, os produtos de lá possuem um controle de qualidade e uma atenção ao detalhe muito maior, resultando num hidratante com uma lista de ingredientes bem reduzida, uma consistência satisfatória, e uma embalagem robusta. O único motivo de ser 4, e não 5, é a presença de petrolato. Em todo caso, tirando o princípio ativo e outros ingredientes como manteiga de Shea e extratos vegetais, sobram apenas uns 5 ingredientes, algo diametralmente oposto ao que se costuma ver no Brasil: hidratantes e sabonetes com 20, 30 ingredientes e só uns 2 ou 3 realmente importantes. Por 200 reais, não saberia mencionar algo que valha mais a pena.
