This is a very fine green powder, it mixes pretty easily with water. I just stir it in with a spoon until all the clumps are gone. My husband just started drinking it, he says it tastes like a sweet green drink. It looks like one of those fancy health juices you’d buy at a juice bar, it’s really cool that this comes in powder form and it can just be made into a fresh healthy juice drink easily. Once mixed, it smells really nice like a refreshing citrus drink! This superfood blend is full of really good for you ingredients. This bag however does not say gluten free on it, and I looked it up and found that barley grass could contain some gluten. Surprisingly enough wheat grass actually is gluten free. If you are gluten intolerant or celiac this may not be for you. But if that isn’t an issue, give it a try! This formula is great for anyone looking to boost their health, not just for people with neuropathy.

After using multiple bags over several months, I can say this blend has a pleasant taste, with a slight bite from the ginger that works well whether mixed warm or cold. Unfortunately, that is where the benefits stopped for me. Despite consistent daily use—and even doubling the suggested amount, taking it both morning and evening—I experienced no improvement in neuropathy symptoms. For something marketed to support neuropathy relief, this wasn't very pleasant. While it makes a flavorful drink, the cost is too high for something that delivers zero noticeable results. Because of this, I cannot recommend the product. Keep in mind that your results may differ.

Tastes good! Cuts down the tingling in my feet. I will continue to use this product.

OK I DONT OFTEN WRITE REVIEWS BUT I LOVE THE ORANGE TASTE AND I SWEAR WITHIN AN HOUR I COULD FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN MY FEET! ILL UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH. NOT SURE WHY PEOPLE SAY IT TASTES GROSS BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. PERSONALLY I LOVE IT! EXCITED TO SEE HOW RESULTS WILL BE AFTER A FEW WEEKS...OR A MONTH

It took me several weeks to work up the courage to try my first helping of this product. Many of the reviews talked about the taste but I have such burning in my feet I wanted to try it anyway. I was not prepared for how incredibly awful the taste was. I ordered what was labeled citrus. Even the smell of it as I mixed it didn't prepare me for the taste and even worse the aftertaste. I am sorry to the product but I can not in good conscience recommend this, unless you have no sense of taste at all. I barely kept the one dose I had this morning down. I will never know about the effectiveness because I will not be drinking any more of it.

Just received my blend a week ago no already feel so much better throughout my body! I canMt wait to see how I feel by the end of the bag. Bonus… it tastes great!!!!

I have had neuropathy pain for 20 years and after this product I can say this is the best result I have ever had. My feeling is coming back and the pain is less. I have been taking this for 3 weeks and I can tell the difference. I will order again.
