Made excellent with little effort.
This is a very good knife for the price. Is it the best knife outthere,no ,but it's pretty d*m close for the money. It comes razor sharp,almost,it can be made that way with the smallest amount of work. I'm very pleased with this blade,would buy it again and would not hesitate telling a friend to do the same.

Cuts well, but handle could be longer for comfort
The knife is well made and cuts perfectly. The part that I don't like is that the 'wooden' handle is too short. I have small hands and the end of the handle hits my palm so makes the knife not very comfortable to use.

Well worth it!!!!!
I got this knife for trimming a tenderloin and would did it cut through it like butter. I have even used it to trim aged beef and you how tuff the crust can be on that. I do with it came with a sharpener to keep the blade up but still a good value for the money. I should have this knife for a long long time to come.

Sharp indeed
Very sharp indeed. But there is no need for a sharp point at the base of the blade. Smart customer will round it off with grinder.
