I have a blacklight and I love things like this that react to it. The only problem is that my cats also love them and sometimes pull them down and run away with them, so make sure to secure them well if you have free-roaming pets.

Very cheap looking. Picture is not what it looks like. Only if you have a black light would it look like this. Quality just isn't there.
