This is a useful feature for the folks who travel a lot. At present, I can only use the lower levels of resistance, but I hope to progress to greater resistance levels. I have found this product to be reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I am not worried about the bands breaking under tension. I think they should be shielded from the UV rays. UV rays age most plastics, and the bands can become brittle. This is one of the most useful exercise products I have ever bought. For example, it is easy to do some reps while watching the TV. Sometimes I think that I have an entire gym in a small plastic bag.

These bands are great for beginners. This is a great deal for 5 bands of different resistance levels and not to mention that the seller will send you some ebooks with workouts. The only downside is that the bands may not be suitable for certain stretches or workouts, but that is absolutely fine. Great product and I will definitely recommend this product. Working out at home has made staying at home much less boring and more productive.
