Nails don’t break anymore, it obviously works …… for me anyway!

I’ve been taking these Zipvit biotin tablets for about two months now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed some improvement. My nails, which used to be weak and constantly splitting, feel stronger and don’t break as easily. My hair seems shinier and maybe a bit fuller, though it’s not a dramatic change yet. I think this is one of those supplements you need to stick with long-term to really see the benefits. The tablets are a decent size and easy enough to swallow, which I appreciate. They’re also vegan, which is a big plus. The bottle gives you half a year’s supply, so you don’t need to keep reordering every month, and the price compared to other brands is very fair. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the results are gradual and subtle, not instant. If you’re expecting overnight hair growth, this isn’t a magic pill. But if you’re patient and consistent, I do think it helps with overall hair and nail health. All in all, it’s a solid supplement that feels like it’s doing what it promises, just at a steady pace.

I have been taking these for 3 months now (started in July) and the biggest difference I saw was how strong my nails became. I was wearing nail extensions back to back with no breaks and my nails became so brittle, paper thin and very very weak. They would break from the slightest pressure. After about a month, I noticed my nails were so hard and strong, honestly they won’t even bend when I press on them now. I’m amazed at how quickly I saw the results with my nails. In terms of my skin, I have not broken out at all in 3 months now, just the odd tiny spot around the time of the month, but nothing else. The only thing I don’t think it did much for me was growing my hair. It made my hair much stronger, it broke less and is so much thicker than before, but my hair didn’t grow much. I have veryyy slow growing hair so I’m not that surprised. But overall, I really liked these supplements! And for the price, you really cannot go wrong. You get 6 months worse for about 6 quid, can’t beat that!
