it's an expansion and requires the base game, just what I needed. the cards' art and quality is good, even better than base game include these characters: -the lost -2 extra Eden -flash isaac -all the tainted versions for each character new bosses, new treasures, new deck (room) and new loot also several eternal items got balanced, mostly buffed the box itself has enough space to store the base game this doesn't include any dice or coins

Unfortunately I had to return this because it already came included in a different box set that I purchased, but the overall game is amazing and the expansion pack is worth a buy

Played this with my sons and it was a fun game intense at times but great family fun

We enjoyed using the additional cards.

Errors in printings?? One side has the character's ability but the back of that ability card has a boss? Another card has a Boss on both sides of it's card. The rest of the decks are ok cept for those two.

It arrived before than expected! Great product

The game itself is great and not that complex, but the rulebook is honestly the worst I've ever seen for a game! Ignore the 'passing priority' just think of it as ending your turn and basically ignore the 'stack' and every time someone plays a card everyone has the opportunity to respond and then they activate in reverse order.
