**Q: What is the warranty on this?**
A: 30 days , my chair broke within 3 months complete waste of money and poorly made

**Q: Are the arms detachable?**
A: They are detachable but they look to me as if they are part of the integral strength of the chair, particularly when reclining

**Q: No mention of power source. Seems strange not to offer that information.**
A: It’s mains powered … hope this helps

**Q: How can i replace the armrest due to leather damage**
A: I am selling mine for spares if you are interested, it is in perfect condition apart from the wheels

Very happy with this chair, nice and comfy and the massage feature is lovely, it’s going to make working from home even better! Only slight negative is the instructions for attaching the pole to the back rest are a little misleading and took me while to figure out, but maybe that’s just me and my menopausal brain lol. Overall, very pleased with the chair and couldn’t be happier with my purchase 🤗
