A: It comes with the red rods that are then joined by the wood pieces. Then there are the red outside clamping pieces. I’m not sure which rid you mean?

**Q: How long is each section?**
A: Each section is 19 inches.

**Q: Can these be cut?**
A: Yes, the red snappers are very easy to cut! I recently purchased a Handiquilter Amara and set up the studio frame at 6 feet to fit my smaller room  I was able to cut the red snappers with a pair of scissors with no problems.  I love them! I don't know why every quilt shop isn't using them.  It would save them a ton of time.
