Very useful appliance for home food preservation. I tested it with onions, carrots, and apples, and the dehydration was even and consistent. This item is not turning on when plugged in. Please replace it, as it is of no use. How can this be considered a new product? There is no phone number of company or supplier.

Very good product with a sleek look. Though it appears small, it holds more than expected. Great performance and quality. Highly recommended for every home. One suggestion: please add auto-restart functionality. It’s a must-have, especially in India where power cuts are still common. 😊

Review on how we received the product. (30 Jul 2026) It appears that a returned item was sent to us as can be seen in the photos and packing. As to why it was returned we don't know but on initial inspection of the product we noticed that a notch of one of the trays (used to keep the tray in place) was missing. We are assuming that this may not have been the reason for return so we are checking the product functionality separately. More on this later. Initial review on product(30-Jul-26): while the product appears much bigger on the website, it is slightly smaller than a 1 litre bottle (see photo). The trays are for holding small slices of fruit, vegetables, meat etc. It will nor hold larger size pieces as the trays are kept one on top of the other. We are running the initial preheating process before starting use. It works so, "so far so good". Hence not returning for now. Will try to send further updates later.

Tried to dry some dhaniya from my garden and within 10 mins of operation a loud bang and it switched off. Tried to unplug and turn it on but stopped working. Quality of plastic is very flimsy and body is also very light. Wouldn’t recommend. Used other agaro products but was very very disappointed with this product. Very low quality build
