are mounting plate including?

NO THEY ARE NOT! I double checked this before purchasing because I heard they often don't come with mounting plates but the pictures implied they did and the other answers reassured me. They shouldn't have - I now have to sort mounting plates and they'll take a week to arrive!

have lost the adjuster screw on the top hinge on one door.......... any ideas?

You can turn off the soft- closing damper function by the button on the hinge cup (see first photo). You can also adjust your hinge to fit the door well by the screws on the hinge arm.
