Works really well
I’ve used this for a few years and it’s great. Love reducing waste with the refill bag. If I’m really worried about a stain I will let this sit on it for a day or some hours…. Soak in water (without rinsing) and then if it doesn’t rinse right away agitate with detergent (whatever level of rubbing the fabric can tolerate). This has gotten out really bad stains- even old stains that I have missed. Gets out easy stains too with just spray and set. LOVE that it’s unscented. It’s natural but probably has sodium hydroxide in it which is very caustic to your hands…. I was agitating a stain with bare hands (mixed with detergent) once and it caused burned peeling skin. So just wear gloves if your hands are going to be in it at full strength. I noticed others said there is leakage from the bottles. There is and I don’t know why- maybe it runs down the side of the bottle after you spray ???. I usually put it in a plastic tray/container in the closet if I can’t stop the leakage. It is caustic to surfaces. It’s so effective that I have just put up with this- very manageable if a little annoying . Update: I use this on bloodstains a lot and it absolutely loosens the stains but then leaves a blurry blood mark that might also bleed to other parts of the clothing unless you scrub it a bit before washing. What I started doing after spraying the stain is dabbing some laundry detergent on top of it while it's sitting in the clothes bin. This actually makes even the darkest blood stains disappear before washing. This remains very good stuff.

A reliable go-to that keeps working year after year!
I’ve been using this for years, and it continues to impress me. When dealing with messes from kids’ clothes—especially those tough, set-in stains—this is the only product that actually delivers. It lifts out stains that other cleaners leave behind, yet still treats fabrics gently. Pros: • Long-lasting — I’ve stuck with it because it works, year after year • Effective on stubborn stains that tend to “set in” • Doesn’t damage or fade the fabric • Worth the investment, given how little extras I need now Cons (minor): • It’s not magic — extremely stubborn or deeply set stains may still need repeat treatment • Price can seem a bit high compared to standard cleaners, but the performance justifies it If you’re done trying many cleaners that disappoint, this one is a winner in my book. Highly recommend for any parent (or anyone) battling persistent stains!

The Best Stain Remover Ever!
This is the best spot and stain remover I have ever found! It even gets out old stains. With stubborn stains, I sometimes treat and wash the item more than once to thoroughly remove the stain, but Puracy has saved so many items, from clothes to dish towels to toys and everything else that is washable around here. I just gave a bottle to my daughter who is expecting a baby this month because I KNOW she will need it for her new baby!

WORKS WELL BUT COSTS TOO MUCH
I have to be careful about the products I use, as a lot of different chemicals and fragrances make me sick, so I was happy when I found this stain remover because it's exactly what we needed. It works great at removing stains for spot treatment, and I also add a little bit to the laundry soap to use it as a booster. Even just adding it to the soap removes general stains in the laundry pretty well. It doesn't have a smell to it, and it's pretty non-irritating. It's easy to just add to a spray bottle or pour as is into the soap from the pouch. I love that it's safe for the whole family and non-toxic. However, I don't love the price; I feel like it costs too much, and I don't understand why we even do the subscribe and save, and it is still a high price. So, unfortunately, I'll be looking for a new stain remover because we can't afford to spend almost thirty dollars on stain remover every couple of months.

Works great on baby stains!
This stain remover has been really effective on milk, food, and spit-up stains. It’s gentle but works fast, and I love that it’s safe for baby clothes. Definitely a staple in our laundry routine.

Worth the price!
Best stain remover that I’ve ever used. Gets everything out! Not cheap. Goes quickly. But better than having ruined garments!

BRING! BACK! THE! OLD! FORMULA!
I have used this product for YEARS, an absolutely indispensable stain remover in my toolkit. It would destroy absolutely any organic stain that was immediately treated, and if left to soak, would even take out or radically reduce set stains. Like magic. So much better than anything else I've ever tried, and bonus, didn't leave some horrible perfume stank on my clothes. I've sold, by word of mouth, countless bottles of this. I'd even get a bottle and decant it into smaller bottles to give out samples to friends. It was amazing. I was a Puracy stain remover evangelist. This last bottle? TRASH. The consistency used to be thick, a sprayable gel. This new bottle? Water. It is thin and moves like water with a bit of dishsoap in it, which it doesn't even match in performance. Dish soap would have gotten oil stains out better than this slop. I tried it out on a pair of cotton jeans, cotton tshirt, and fleece sweater than had orange chicken spilled on them. I treated it exactly as I would have before, directly on the fresh stain. Before it would have disappeared like magic. This time? Still quite visible after wash as oil stains on the black tshirt, detectable on the jeans if you know they're there, and yellowish spots on the fleece. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Why destroy a perfect product? I'll be warning everyone on my list NOT to order this product again, until and if it is ever returned to the previous formula. ***EDITED TO ADD A COMPARISON OF THE OLD INGREDIENT LIST TO THE NEW ONE*** These are directly copied from my bottles (any spelling errors my own). Please note that the company not only has not disclosed or marked a formula change on the bottle, but will outright lie and deny that it has changed when you contact them. Old Formula Ingredients: Water, C10-C16 Alcohol Etholxylate (Plant-Based Cleanser), Decyl Glucoside (Vegetable -Based Cleanser), Vegetable Glycerine (Plant-Based Softener), Proanediol (Plant-Based Preservative), Protease, (Plant-Based Enzyme), Sodium Borate (Natural Mineral Cleanser), Amylase (Plant-Based Enzyme), Sodium Citrate (Plant-Based Water Softener), Lipase (Plant-Based Enzyme), Pectinase (Plant-Based Enzyme), Mannanase (Plant-Based Enzyme), Cellulase (Plant-Based Enzyme), Benzisothiazolinone (Biodegradable Preservative), Coconut Fatty Acid ( (Plant-Based Foam Reducer), Calcium Chloride (Natural Mineral Stabilizer). New Formula Ingredients: Water, Decyl Glucoside, Laureth-9, Propanediol, Glycerin, Laureth-4, Sodium Borate, Protease, Amylase, Citric Acid, Lipase, Pectinase, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzisothiazolinone, Mannanase, Cellulase, Coconut Fatty Acid, Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil, Calcium Chloride, Limonene, Linalool These are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS. They removed the primary cleanser entirely. There is now more Benzisothiazolinone preservative than two of the enzymes, which means they've either increased the amount of preservative or decreased the amount of the enzymes. The new formula has added Laureth-9 and Laureth-4. Also, they added essential oils, which not only are bad for some people who are allergic/sensitive, but they may be the cause of some of the yellow staining that people are now seeing from using the product. Puracy was sold to "Branded", which has absolutely destroyed a once great product and company. Buy elsewhere.

IT WORKS BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO WASH THE GARMENT
Ok so I follow instructions and it remove the stain my daughter had on her sweater but left a mark where I sprayed. I was pissed. It look like an oil stain. I wash the sweater and after 3 times it camenof so yes it remove the stain but the stain remover left a stain that took 3 washes to remove so I'm confused. Second time I wash it I put more remover lol.
