This was a huge hit for my three year-oldโs birthday
We played the Pete the Cat Taco Game with my 3-year-old and it was an absolute hit! Itโs super easy to learn and perfect for little hands. What I liked: โข Simple rules: Even young kids can follow along, making it great for toddlers and preschoolers. โข Colorful and engaging: The bright colors and fun taco theme kept my child excited to play again and again. โข Encourages matching and memory skills: Itโs a gentle challenge that helps build important early learning skills without any frustration. โข Quick playtime: Games are short and sweetโperfect for little attention spans. Things to keep in mind: โข Itโs definitely best for kids under 6, older kids might find it too simple. โข Some small parts, so supervision is needed for toddlers. Overall, Pete the Cat Taco Game is a delightful, educational game thatโs perfect for introducing young kids to board games with a fun, musical twist!

Fun, easy, engaging, and bright colors
This fun game was enjoyed by kids aged 3 to 5. It helps them learn food vocabulary without even realizing it. The compact size makes it easy to bring along, even if space is limited. The quality is great, with a sturdy build. When you play, the game is spread out like a matching game. You pick up pieces to build a taco. If you get a frog, you flip over the other cards. The game features a fun design with bright colors and they look like vegetables!!

Kids LOVED this game!
OMG! The kids loved this game! It is so cute! You get to search for silly taco toppings to place in your taco shell (which is super hardy/sturdy I might add) by taking turns following over cards like in the game of Memory. Itโs easier for younger kids to play but older kids in the clinic liked this one too because it can be more competitive and poses a real challenge when the Grump Toad card is flipped and now you have to remember where certain topping cards were! Itโs a great game for multiple ages because the challenge of recalling where the cards were and strategy for trying to play offensively and defensively could be emphasized or not depending on the kids age playing the game. This one was a real winner. Great value for the price in our therapy clinic!

Vague directions but fun
The directions aren't thorough. It says you flip over a topping and if you don't need it, it stays flipped over. It doesn't say if the next person can choose that topping if they need it, but it makes the most sense to play that way. Otherwise, it's a cute, easy and fun game

Fun & Quick
Fun game. Itโs usually very quick so a 3 year old can play without losing interest.

Great โFirstโ Game
This is the perfect game for a 3 year old! It is easy to play, similar to a matching game with matching cards to your recipe card. Even I enjoy playing it with her! We purchased 4 for friends birthdays coming up so definitely a cute gift paired with a Pete the cat book!
