You will not be able to refund it because a refund requires you to ship it back in its original package, however, the pillow comes vacuum sealed in a small package, and it will expand to 4 times the package size once you open it. So refund is not possible

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Amazing how this crazy looking pillow helps me sleep! I was skeptical at first but gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. Takes a little getting use too (4-6) days I’d say but once I realized how much better I felt with a good night solid rest I am hooked. I’m a 72 yr old active Nana & a back/side sleeper and hubby says I don’t snore but the reason I bought this pillow was bc I was tossing & turning all night and my neck starting hurting after a bumpy boat ride and I’ve never had neck issues before this pillow has helped me 100%. Highly recommend ! Wish I could buy silk pillow cases for it. It is a little firm but it’s not the old fashion type pillow. Sounds crazy but it puts me in a quiet meditative mode when my head is in the lil cradle!! My neck issues are gone and I’m sleeping all night 8-9 hrs. Buy it! You will be glad you did.

After completing a sleep study, I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and excessive snoring. Since I started using this pillow, the difference has been incredible. My husband says he doesn’t hear me snore anymore, which is something we never thought we’d be able to say! I’ve also noticed that I wake up feeling much more rested and refreshed. I’m naturally a side sleeper, and this pillow is perfect for that sleeping position. The contours comfortably support my head and neck while helping me maintain a position that keeps my airway more open throughout the night. One piece of advice: give it at least a week before deciding whether it’s right for you. The first couple of nights, I honestly thought it felt too firm and wasn’t sure I would keep it. But after about two days, it seemed to soften up, or maybe my body simply adjusted to it. Now I genuinely look forward to sleeping with it every night. For me, this pillow has made such a significant difference that I don’t feel the need to use a CPAP machine or try additional snoring remedies. Everyone’s experience will be different, but if you’re struggling with snoring or have sleep apnea, I think this pillow is absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended!

This pillow is very supportive and I have noticed that pain in my neck and upper back have gotten better since using this pillow consistently at night. The only thing that I don’t particularly like about the pillow is that the spot for the arm to rest in the pillow isn’t deep enough, so I have to hold my arm in the designated spot for it instead of simply resting it in it. With that, I end up not using that feature. Overall, it’s a good, supportive pillow.
