The customer service, whose name is Carlos, patiently listened to my worries for not having a kettle for more than a week and he allowed me to get the replacement, without having to receive my defect kettle first. He swiftly shipped my new kettle the moment I informed him that I already made the return of the defected piece and I don't have to wait for almost 2 weeks without having a kettle. Their customer service really go beyond expectations and they really took the extra miles to ensure their customers are happy & satisfied.
