Finally found the real kebab shop chilli sauce 😋
I've been trying to track down the very hot chilli sauce they serve at my local kebab shop. I've tried Crucials, Chefs Larder among others. This is the one🙏 Only downside is it comes in 2.7l, so it's obvious made for take aways. I will have to freeze most of it as 2.7l is almost a lifetime supply.

Been trying so many different sauces and this is the best one so far. It not as vinegary as most e.g. Chefs Larder. Its a little hotter than I personally like but the flavour is awesome. Also great value at this price.

Spicy but…..
I like the spice level of the sauce. It does have a vinegar like taste to it though so won’t be buying again
