Itโs largest ingredient is maltodextrin, which baffles me
It took some getting used to in terms of flavor but after that it was fine. Found it quite satisfying. But realized a little late on that itโs packed with maltodextrin, which plays havoc with your body. So confused why this is marketed as healthy

I am almost done with the 2nd bottle now. The taste is good like 7up but did not see any effect on weight, appetite, or diet.. may be good vitamins for the skin
