I have only recently bought this and have noticed a visible difference in my overall strength and fitness. The rotating push up is great quality and hits all areas of the chest, the jump rope is very durable and has a soft gripping handle and is very easy to adjust.There are 2 workout sheets that focus on the rope and rotating push up. The exercise sheets included are perfect for daily short bursts of workouts and take between 10-20 mins to complete. The exercises includes workout routines that can easily be used by 1 or 2 people at once interchangeably, excellent as I am able to use it with a friend. The portability is excellent as it includes a packable box, very easy to take to work or on holiday.
