Helps without a hangover
These tiny little pearls work miracles for me. A few minutes after dissolving one under my tongue, the 80 tabs open in my brain begin to close, gently guiding me to a peaceful sleep that I've never achieved with any other sleep aid. In the morning, there is no hangover & no grogginess. There's just a gentle reboot of my brain. The sleep pearls are very small & have no unpleasant or lingering taste. They dissolve quickly & get to work. I find them to be worth every penny.

doesn't work only slept 2 hours I repeated dosage when I woke up couldn't get back to sleep for 5 hours. tried three times with same result.

They’re too darn tiny
I was using the Rescue Sleep Spray, but had trouble finding the spray hole in the dead of night, and often missed my mouth. These melts are SOOOOOOOO tiny, the roll away when you try to get them out of the packaging. On a sheet of 14, I have lost 4! And finding them in the night is impossible. I’ve been using Rescue Remedy products since the 1970s, but these are impossible. I won’t reorder.

It works !
I’ve often had to rely on sleeping tablets for an overactive mind. I thought these wouldn’t work because they are natural but Bach is such a trustworthy brand and I don’t like what I was doing to my body with regular sleeping tablets, so I gave it a go! When I’m drifting to sleep, my mind usually finds a task for me to do, or something for me to worry about, which would cause me to get up. After taking 1 small capsule, I was drifting to sleep and I felt kind of stuck to the bed. I couldn’t be bothered to entertain the nonsense in my head or get up to do something unnecessary. Once I fell asleep, I stayed asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend and you only need to take one of the melts for it to work

sadly doesnt work for me
Had high hopes it would help me relax to get a good nights sleep. I know it has worked for other people as i was recommmended by them personally but sadly it didnt work for me. Perhpas individual experiences.

It doesn't help regarding insomnia or anxiety at all
What a waste of time and waste of money and waste of hope, this product does nothing regarding insomnia and anxiety, I don't even feel sleepy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!!

Deep sleep.
Not so good at getting you to sleep, but once youre sleeping it's a good deep sleep. Recommend (if you take these) early nights when you need to be up early morning.
