Has anyone tried this with just heat from blowdrying? Irons break my hair…

I had professional and at keratin treatments. But, from trying numerous others , the heat from flat iron seals it in and makes it straighter. I have had hair dresses apply keratin on my hair with just a round brush and blow so that I wouldn’t lose the volume on my hair. From experience thou the flat iron makes a difference on eliminating frizz .
