Very good filters!

This type of filter is able to filter bacteria from the mixture. It will filter out other impurities as well. I was using it for a food product and once you get used to using one the applications are endless. One serving of specially filtered liquids or oils comes to mind so you taste your food and not the impurities or bits that did not dissolve well.

It does the job!!

Unfortunately, like all others of this device, these are not even slightly cheap. They do work well though, just be careful not to press too hard or they may pop. The amount they can filter obviously depends on how turbid the liquid is, but even with quite turbid water, with corn starch, I have been able to pull over 25 ml through them.

Just what I needed to proceed with a project I was working on! Great quality at a great price!

I've only used these a couple of times with one application so I will have to update later on once I've used it in multiple settings. That being said the product seems to hold up as advertised. As I said I've only used it with one application and that was with filtering out isopropyl alcohol. The real test will be when I filter out oil. At that point I will update my review if needed.

These are junk. They plug very quickly and then the membrane bursts. If they don't burst through they crack. Do not waste your money.
