This is great for anyone who likes to make french fries, either the old-fashioned way in a fryer or in an Air Fryer, and is tired of trying to cut potatoes into even fry shapes. I tried a manual cutter, which was very nice and well made, but I did not have the strength for it so I returned it. This electric one was only about $20 more and I’m glad I decided to get it. It is so easy to use and amazingly fast. Wash your potatoes, peel or leave the peel on, put in the hopper, press the button, and in a few seconds you have a whole lotta perfectly cut fries. It comes assembled and changing blades is really easy. I only wish it came with a 1/4” cutting plate for shoe strings. But it is great as it is. You can also cut other semi-hard veggies to create even carrot, cucumber, and zucchini sticks. It even helps evenly dice onions!

Yes very good, want to ask do have a smaller blad for French fry’s, the machine is wonderful, love how it cut different veggies, so easy to clean,and blades are so sharp, please watch out don't cut finger very easy to do. You won't be disappointed, it is a wonderfully machine and worth the money. LOVE IT !

I just used this to cut some onions and it worked perfectly! Can't wait to use it for other vegetables since I do a lot of canning. But use caution because the blades are super sharp! Cut myself twice just brushing my fingers against them to remove onion pieces. I tried to use a manual cutter similar to this but wasn't strong enough so this is perfect. This electric cutter is about the same size as the manual cutter and is not too heavy. I set it on the edge of the sink, put a bowl in the sink and the cut pieces fell in perfectly.

We bought this item but didn't open it until after the return window was over. When we went to cut the potato the potato just squished. It didnt cut through the potato and basically sounded like the motor was gonna blow. Big waste of money unfortunately.

Works great. Hope I'm not jinx it. Used it on apples, pears, cucumbers, zucchini, onions. Very happy so far.

I'm very happy with my French fry maker. It works great and so easy and quick to have a batch of fries for a meal. Highly recommend. Very well built and smooth cutting of potatoes and other veggies and very easy to clean.

Really easy to use. Cuts 2 different sizes of French fries. Doesn’t take any effort at all to use it. So much better to have fresh potatoes than frozen ones.
