Toto places a parts list on the inside bottom surface of their tank lids. Check for this list, and even if the part number is different you can do an online search with that number and it will bring up the current replacement part number, as Toto has continued to update their products. My Toto's list provided a flapper number that had been updated when I needed to buy one, and the new flapper replaces a good number of their older flappers. It fit and works perfectly in my Toto. Verify that your toilet is a "CST454CEF or CST454CEFG" and then you can download the current parts schematic for it from the Toto web site.
