Gives correct perfect temperature inside a convection oven when you're sublimating so you know it's correct

The only down side is that I can’t see the dial very clearly through my oven door and even when I open it I have to get close to see the numbers..with reading glasses on..but that’s my eyesight.. if there was a bigger dial it’d be perfect…having said that I now know that the temperature on my oven is slightly higher than it says
