Excellent product. Good quality. It is not intended to be stretchy; it is inelastic. It is to be used to stretch your arms, legs, etc against. Provides a great stretch!

It functions as described. It's slippery, the fabric slides so I can't feel like I can get a good grip but it works. I would like it more if it were not slippery and if the loops had a middle loop so that I would feel more balanced when I use it. Otherwise it is well made. Bright colors. And it's nice to have a storage bag with a loop to hang it when I'm not using it.
