Are you supposed to use this conditioner with the matching shampoo?

Essentially, yes, because the two products are designed to work together. However, the shampoo and conditioner can also be used separately, as standalone products.

Does the conditioner come in a pump version?

No, unfortunately at this time our tea tree conditioner is only being offered in a fliptop cap version.

Is the product or the supplier from China?
