### ⭐ Defective and false Product.No customer assistance(Zebronics)

Very disappointed from zebronics. Don't care at all about customer queries or problem. There customer care is completely hopeless they never pickup call. This product does not provide the quality which has been promised by the company which means there is no 30watt output and 10hrs backup in this speaker.Also Amazon don't took any initiative from its end when I got a defective item in either replacement or refund.When I talked with the customer care of Amazon there solution is that to visit the service centre which was not at all worth it.I am Very disappointed from Amazon & also can't trust this platform any more as they don't want to help in such cases where we get something defective or are not satisfied with the quality of product.
