Can I blend ice with my WSB35 immersion blender?

Not recommended for any application involving ice. The blades are not made to withstand that kind of impact.

Why am I hearing loud squealing from the motor of my WSB35 blender?

If the blades don’t spin when the unit is unplugged, the bearing likely burned out from overheating—this is customer damage and not covered. If the blades spin freely, the motor has a fault and is covered. We recommend upgrading to WSB40 or WSB50+.
