Should be sold as a Seville or Bitter Orange marmalade.
I like Tiptree jams & preservatives and I've tried a few over the years, probably the best you can buy in the UK, Raspberry Seedless being one I always go back to. This is not regular marmalade, its too strong and definetly bitter, should really be listed as such. Too bitter for my liking and has a strong, disagreeable aftertast. I'll not buying again, but definetly not put off the brand.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate the product because when I opened the package the glass jar was broken. In these conditions it did not make sense to return it.

Disappointed.
I bought this by mistake as I prefer peel included. I found the flavour quite bland, too sweet considering the low acidity. Disappointing for a premium brand.

Quality marmalade
This has a high proportion of fruit to sugar for those interested in controlling sugar intake. Have it every morning on my toast.
