Would definitely recommend these over the plastic bowls, as they’re much easier to clean.

These chrome bowls are so much better than the plastic ones. They are far more easy to clean, and although they are dishwasher safe I have so far found it unnecessary. Somehow the cat doesn't get his food outside the bowl the way he did with the plastic one before , so in turn this makes it easier to keep the feeder clean also. A big problem I had with the plastic bowls was the rubber seal on the top of the bowl seemed to discolour with what looked like mould. So far, after a couple of months use ,there is absolutely no sign of this. So ,while you might think these a bit expensive, I think in the long run you will find them a great buy. .

Brilliant, dishwasher safe although expensive, so are my cats.....🙄🙄🙄🙄 I got 4 cats and bought 4 feeders and I purchased 4 of these. Brilliant quality. I did not like the plastic ones nor the ones with split in the middle. These ones are effective, durable, fit in the feeders, ideal for the cats and I.

The sure pet feeder is excellent, and I love to have stainless steel bowls for my little furries. These bowls are of a decent size, maybe a little deep to the small cats, but they still manage to finish all the food. They wash extremely well and so far I am extremely happy with them

I was delighted to learn that SureFeed manufactured stainless steel bowls for their microchip and sealed feeders. Fractionally larger than the plastic equivalent, these feel fairly well made and weigh approximately twice that of the plastic version. So not heavyweight stainless steel, but they don't feel so thin like they are going to dent. One of my cats has twice hooked the plastic bowl out of the microchip feeder, leaving it half in / out of the machine, with the mechanical door resting atop. I'm hoping that the extra heft of this bowl will put paid to her shenanigans. :-) One other thing worth mentioning is that they are *dishwasher safe*! So for no other reason this makes for a worthy purchase. Edit: Added photo Update: 12th August, 2018: The cat who had a habit of hooking out the plastic bowls, has never shifted a stainless steel bowl in 7 months. Not once.

Love that these bowls are dishwasher safe, however have been hand washing (3x’s in dishwasher) and will continue to as noticed 1 bowl already the rubber rim seal is coming away. This is with 4 bowls between 2 cats. Reason for the lost star

At £23 for two this is really good value for money . We have two surefeed automatic microchip feeders for our two ragdolls . We’ve had one pair of the stainless steel bowls for 4 years and they are as good as new still whereas the plastic ones have started to fail at the seal . Theses are far easier to clean , don’t cause allergic reactions to plastic ( it’s quiet common for some cats to have car acne etc from plastic feeding bowls ) , and dishwasher safe so easily sanitised .

There's nothing wrong with the typical SureFeed dish as they are lovely to clean as they are. I've just always fancied a stainless steel dish yet I wanted to use my SureFeed so glad they've made these dishes for the SureFeed. Depending on what you're feeding your cat, food stays warmer or cooler in these dishes longer. They are more hygienic as you can scald these dishes too. In my opinion I generally find stainless steel dishes nicer looking.

Durch einige Rezessionen war ich ja schon darauf eingestellt, dass die Näpfe nach einiger Zeit durch die Benutzung im Geschriespüler kaputt gehen. Das ist bei mir nicht so. Ich benutze sie seit über einem Jahr und nach jeder Nutzung kommen sie in die Maschine. Bisher nichts kaputt gegangen, der Gummi ist nicht porös oder irgendwas. Absolut top! Und mein Hund stört sich auch nicht an Metall, er hat aber ohnehin als Wassernapf auch Metall. Klare kaufempfehlung, wenn man den SureFeed Futternapf hat.

Good but should have been included with the SureFeed machine from the start. Would have wished that at least one of the stainless steel bowls had two compartments.

Finalmente ho trovato quelli in acciaio , gli originali in plastica hanno un odore molto fastidioso , che non si riduce nel tempo , il mio gatto ha apprezzato molto !

He comprado más precisamente porque tras medio año usando tanto estos de acero como los de plástico de manera alternativa, me quedo totalmente con estos. Así puedo poner lavavajillas y tener siempre preparados los boles puesto que los cambio dos veces al día, ya que tengo que darles comida en salsa a mis dos gatos 2 veces al día por recomendación de su veterinaria para que estén bien hidratados. El acero no brilla lo que ayuda a que no les haga reflejos a los gatos (cosa que me he encontrado con otros boles de acero). Los meto en el lavavajillas constantemente y sin ningún problema, secan bien y la goma está como el primer día (es silicona, por lo que aguanta altas temperaturas). Lo bueno de la silicona es que sella perfectamente el plato, sin ella el sellado no se hace y al entrar aire se seca la comida (si usas húmeda como yo se nota rápido la diferencia con los trocitos que a veces tiran fuera del plato y se quedan bajo la tapa). Lo malo es el precio, pero voy a ir comprando en el futuro más de estos para tener una vajilla completa lol
