I was impressed with literally everything. The shipling was fast and it comes packaged in such a cute box! It could even make a good gift! The product itself is perfect, and just what I was looming for in a neon sign. Its bright and you can either have it flashing or solid (the switch is conveniently right on the side!). It is also super easy and simple to hang up - no mess! If youre looking to get an open sign, or replace an old one, i would definitely recommend this one! Its by far the best i have bought so far!

Didn't work when it arrived...and yes i plugged it in and flipped all switches.

Exceptional product! This was exactly what I was looking for. The cord is the perfect length, and with the on/off switch on the side it makes it so easy to use. It comes with a chain if you want to hang it that way, but is also easily mountable to a wall. It is super light weight, if you're looking for an open sign I HIGHLY recommend this product. Sign arrived quickly and has been up in the store for a while now. It has two settings: one that gently strobes though the OPEN letters and another that remains lit. Dollar wise it was the best quality sign we could find. No issues so far and does exactly what we need it to do.

This item did not work once it was plugged in and the power switch turned on. Will be returning for a refund.
