Perfect for triathlons!
There are two angle options straight and a bit tilted. I choose the straight bottle option and it works wonderfully. Love that it can hold two CO2s. There’s also a nice size gap between the saddle and the bottle cages that you can fit a tube easily if you don’t have other storage options. When I didn’t have a storage option I strapped the tube in that gap with Velcro straps. It held for 100+ miles without falling. Highly recommend this.

Perfect holder
My husband love his holder. I was weary about buying this because I thought it was gonna get in the way when he was sitting down, but after some adjustments, it was perfect and he was able to grab it really easily.

Worst item ever
I used it for an IM 70.3 event in Florida, and installing it was a headache. The bolts didn’t fit properly, so I had to use straps to secure it, and even then, it wasn’t fully stable. I lost a bottle during the bike course and had to adjust my hydration strategy.

Blocks Seat Stem
I struggled between a 3 and 4 star here, leaned towards a 4 star, as it didn’t break any promises given. The reason for less than 5 stars is that the design feels very study, but the arm that mounts to the seat completely blocks a good portion of the seat stem on the bike. I keep my tools and extra tube in a small pouch here, which cannot coexist with this mount. The mount feels sturdy, but since I didn’t not use it, I can’t speak to true stability or longevity of it. I have went back to my original rear bottle mount which is a much slimmer design and allows me to keep my tool pouch and rear bottles.

Glad I bought it!
Easy to install, seems like good quality material - super simple design. I just put one bottle cage on for now, I like that you have the option for centered single bottle or dual bottle cages. Also happy to see I can mount my tube repair kit underneath without difficulty still. Didn’t have to move the seat to make it fit so that was also a big plus. I’ll update review with how it rides over time.

It’s cheap but workable
My wife needed the extra capacity as she started training for Ironman distances. It’s not aircraft grade aluminum. It’s soft. After 100 miles on the road, the vibrations and the weight of the water bottles cantilevered out on the end caused the bracket to flex and allow the screws to loosen. Using blue loctite paste on the screws didn’t seem to completely prevent it. I even had one screw strip the threads in the bracket. Went to Lowe’s and picked up a set of M5 nyloc nuts and flat washers to keep the screws tight and clamped. It’s a little awkward to get under the seat to get them on, but doable. The bracket was slightly crooked. Even though it was attached straight on the seat rails, the bottles sat a little to the left. With a little muscle, it straighten up and centered over the rear tire. Otherwise the option to attach 1 or 2 bottle cages works out nicely. I fashioned a custom bracket for a tail light in the center “single” config position. It sits between the two bottles and still visible. When buying cages, make sure you get ones that are robust enough to hold onto your bottle even when riding over rough patches and the occasion pothole. I went with the XLab Gorilla 10lb cages.

Still happy
My single speed track bike has no bottle mounts, and I’ve been looking for one of these for a while. Came with all the peices for the mounting bracket and with 1 bottle holder. It was a bit tricky to get the bar clamps in place as you cannot tighten the Allen screw after it is wedged up under the seat. It screwed on tight and seems sturdy enough to take a lifetime of abuse. Came with a little blue dot of Teflon on the screws so they won’t fall out, a nice touch. I swapped out the bottle cage for a white one to match my bike. Will probably add a second for longer rides. There are two mounting positions, I mounted it in the lower angle to keep the bottles from hitting my butt when I ride upright without using the bars. Update: after using this bottle mount for over a year I an still happy with it. I found out that bottles mounted under the saddle are called butt rockets cuz they fly out if you hit too many bumps. I got the Boa FidLock magnetic bottle holder to solve that problem. Now it’s perfect.

The cage holder came as described. It was easy to install on my ISM saddle. The bottles sit in an accessible position. The screw in CO2 cannister holes are a great add on, and also provide some leverage to attach a tube, and tire levers to the cage holder in front of the bottles.

Possibile montare 2 slot "portaborraccia" - portaoggetti.
