I need two cups of this herb. i know this is weighed in oz. would one package due or would i need two? thanks!

This is a very late addition but ..... one bag can make  about 10 - 15 cups, based on your threshold for strength & bitterness. This is a strong herb, about 2 leaves is sufficient for one regular cup.

We have recently changed the format , we now grind the leaves and sell  as a powder / crushed leaf ...... this allows for less bulky shipping, easier storage at home and also it allows you to steep in hot water rather than having to boil the water all the way.

It is still all natural, so you will have to strain after steeping, its not a dissoluble powder.  In the new format, about 1/8 of a teaspoon is equivalent to  4 leaves so its really compact and long-lasting, with no loss of nutritional or medicinal value.

how do I prepare tea with this dry leaf?

Hi, you need just a pinch of dry leaf, boil or steep to one cup of water or milk. This is a very strong and bitter herb you do not need more than a pinch, of course you can adjust to taste afterwards.

I like to prepare my weekly batch, I boil a pot (about 7 cups of water), use proportionate amount of herb, then I cool it and keep in a marked mug in the fridge. Every day I feel like it, knock back a glass.  typically use it 3-4 days a week.
