No se nota el efecto de forma inmediata pero al cabo de un mes y medio aproximadamente se cae muchísimo menos el cabello, son geniales. These taste great - and they work!! My 15 year old daughter and I both take them and have been for a few months now. I am 47 and was experiencing hair loss and this has massively reduced that.
